I had the pleasure of staying at Serendipity Marissa for 4 days, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and has a lovely atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed and welcome.

The staff were absolutely fantastic ,friendly, attentive, professional, and always happy to help. Their hospitality really made our stay special.

The food was excellent, with plenty of delicious options, and everything we had was fresh and full of flavour. The overall service was outstanding.

The location and surroundings were beautiful, and the whole place had a wonderful, peaceful feel. Every part of our stay was enjoyable, and we felt genuinely well looked after.

A big thank you to the entire team at Serendipity Marissa for making our 4-day stay so memorable. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel, great food, and exceptional hospitality. We will definitely be back!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, auch der Poolbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Besonders toll fanden wir den direkten Zugang zum Strand und den Blick aufs Meer. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, vor allem die Manager waren super engagiert und haben sich wirklich Mühe gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

We had such a wonderful and memorable time here! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful and well organized throughout our entire stay.

What made our experience especially unforgettable was that they helped my boyfriend organize a surprise proposal for me. They put so much effort into making everything beautiful and special, and the whole setup was absolutely perfect. The proposal followed by a romantic dinner on the beach is a memory we will cherish forever.

The staff were also always there whenever we needed anything and even helped us organize a scooter, which made our stay even easier and more enjoyable.

We truly felt very well taken care of and had an amazing time from beginning to end. A huge thank you to the whole team for being part of such a special moment in our lives and for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back one day!

The food is very tasty and the hotel staffs are very friendly..the price is also very reasonable..i did not stay in the hotel but only had food here.

The pool area was another highlight of our stay. The pool was very clean and well-maintained, and my little one enjoyed every moment in it! 🏊‍♀️💦 It was lovely to relax and spend quality family time by the pool.

Amazing food - great service - the kindest staff and great facilities

I would definitely go here again and recommend this place to anyone. The location is awesome! So calm and quiet. Beach is accessible and food was so delicious. Staff was very friendly as well. 🤗🤗🤗

Rooms are clean. Very delicious food. Nice calm location.

Walked in for breakfast although we were not in house guests. Good food and we got great service from Sachith. Super view.

Wonderful experience with a great view of the sea. All the staff were incredibly attentive making sure every need was met fro me chamitha making sure we were well taken care of, to Janindu Lakshan and Sachith making sure we didn't go anywhere without a topped up glass of cold water, to Chanaka making sure the ice cold beers kept flowing. Thank you for a wonderful calming stay.

Absolutely loved my stay at this amazing hotel! The beautiful sea view was simply breathtaking and made the experience even more special. The service was exceptional, especially from Sachith and Chamitha, who were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out and made me feel very welcomed.

Siamo stati benissimo! Personale molto gentile e attento, struttura curata su una splendida spiaggia deserta (anche se per fare il bagno bisogna camminare qualche metro)….ci hanno consigliato surf e massaggi top… scegliete assolutamente camere vista a mare, quelle sulla città sono troppo rumorose… grazie!

Der Eingang und die Ambiente ist besonders.
Die Zimmer und die Anlage sind sauber, und man hat direkten Zugang zum Ozean.
Die Aussichten sind schön und beeindrucken.
Das Personal ist aufmerksam, gutes Team.
Der Inhaber von Hotel ist ganz nett.
Wir mussten früh am Morgen aushecken, uns hat man Essen zubereitet und mitgegeben.
Das nent man Service.
Das Essen ist auch top, und Superlecker.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
