Location is perfect. Staff also very friendly & very kind. Such a nice, quiet place with an amazing ambiance. The food was absolutely delicious, and the manager ( Ruwan ) was very friendly and welcoming. We had a good foods.Truly enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended. We had a truly wonderful stay at Serendipity Mirissa and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The staff showed outstanding hospitality and were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help.

A special mention goes to the manager, Ruwan, who was absolutely exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly set this hotel apart.

The food was delicious and clearly prepared with great care, adding even more value to the overall experience. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and genuine hospitality. We will definitely be coming back!

I arrived with a small wound from an injury I got during the walk on the beach, and they immediately helped me with great care. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive.
We also enjoyed some delicious food and drinks with excellent service.
Overall, this is a great location with wonderful service. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Shoutout to sadakelum

Fuimos a tomar algo ya que tienen tumbonas mientras nos bañábamos en el mar. Pedimos los shakes que son super buenos y refrescantes. También comimos ahí pescados muy ricos, calamar, ensalada y alitas. El servicio fue excelente! Sadakelum es muy amable y está súper atento. Gracias por todo 🙂

A beautiful hotel, meeting top standards. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the lovely atmosphere and quiet location was perfect. Staff were so helpful and attentive, great service and yummy food . I have just left this amazing place. From arrival to departure the experience was delightful
. We completely felt looked after by the staff who spoke good English. Spending our time on the beachfront on the very comfortable bean bags eating the best fresh food we have had in Sri Lanka…. Can’t complain. We will definitely return soon. Thank you for having us.

The property is well-maintained and has a calm, cozy atmosphere. The location is superb and the entire team was helpful, and always happy to assist.

Company, location, service, food and ambience make up for a great holiday. Well, the company is totally on you but for the rest- Serendipity checks all the boxes. A small, cosy place with a magnificent view from the sit out, decent rooms with a good pool and a bar. The humble and pleasant staff are always ready to serve with a smile, trying their best to overcome the occasional language barrier. A great idea to book the entire place for a large group- makes for a fantastic private holiday. The cocktails are great, and the breakfast hoppers along with the Sri Lankan omelette make a happy start to the day. The manager, Ruwan, is open to feedback and set off making improvements to the place almost immediately. Serendipity is definitely a good choice to make!

We had a very pleasant stay at Serendipity Mirissa . The location was right on the beach we had sea facing rooms with a balcony overlooking the sea .Rooms and linen were very clean . A few hiccups were more than compensated by the very pleasant staff managed by Ruwan who took care of all our needs . Over all a weekend well spent . Will definitely want to come back .

we had an excellent stay at the property, the beauty of the property is the breathtaking location . It’s one of the most serene places we visited and to top it all the service level of the staff , they we’re extremely courteous and took so much care of all of us as we were in a large group. .The property manager Ruwan made out stay more memorable with his smiling face and outstanding hospitality. once again thanking the entire staff of serendipity for a memorable stay and this is a must visit place on our list !

Great time super service good location. The staff was very courteous. Ruwan the manger was very helpful and always available. Have given few suggestions to improve . One room is small which can accommodate 2 kids . Little small for 2 adults.
