The location is very nearby the city space which helps us have an access to local things. It has been quite long that i have seen such a an amazing and cooperative staff from chef to the manager to the helping staff. The hospitality was bang on. The hotel can improve in its room quality. A few things specifically being, good light in the room, a small refrigerator and exhaust fan provision in the bathroom.

This was an Amazing, memorable part of our trrip. The hosts were extremely hospitable. The food was fantastic and super fairly priced. The stay was perfect with no complaints. Sandakelum was very helpful, Roshan was a great chef. Will recommend a stay here.

Sandakelum did an excellent job serving us. He was friendly, professional, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our visit. His positive attitude and great customer service made the experience even more enjoyable.

The rooms are not good very okayish but service is nice especially tge view and location, Sadakelum is really sweet and very good courteous service he provides

If you are passing through Mirissa, I highly recommend spending some time at Serendipity. Whether your travels have just begun or are coming to an end, this hotel is a relaxing respite to start or end your journey.

From the moment you enter, you are greeted warmly by a friendly staff. I won’t forget Sandakelum, who was very gracious and eager to help and answer any questions I had.

The hotel has direct access to a quiet, hidden beach, only steps away. The water is warm, the sand is clean. The patio is a perfect place to watch the sunset.

The bar is fully equipped with a list of creative, signature cocktails. When I requested a vegetarian options, of which there are many, the head chef even came to greet me and offered to adapt anything on the menu for non-meat eaters.

I was quite sad to leave but I will definitely be coming back on my next visit to beautiful Mirissa.

The entire property is stunning, perfectly located, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is truly special and makes it easy to relax from the first moment. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always attentive – you really feel welcomed and taken care of throughout your stay.

A special thank you to Sadakelum, who provided outstanding service. He was extremely attentive, professional, and genuinely kind – he made our experience even more memorable.

One of our highlights was the private dinner on the beach. It was beautifully arranged, the setting was romantic and unique, and the food quality was outstanding. A big thank you to Milinda for the excellent service during the dinner – everything was perfectly organized and very attentive. Also, compliments to the chef for the high-quality and delicious food!

We would also like to highlight the manager, who was always present, very helpful, and made sure all our wishes were fulfilled at any time.

The only small point for improvement would be the pool, which could use a bit more regular cleaning.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. Thank you for such a wonderful experience – we would love to come back! 🌊🌅

Хорошее место! Есть бассейн! Берешь что-то в баре и купаешься вдоволь. Дают полотенце. А с 17 до 19 счастливые часы, два напитка по цене одного

We enjoyed our stay here. Sadakelum Helped us lots when we were hanging around the villa and drinking/ eating in the space- there was a language barrier but he was very accomodating and he corrected any mistakes made. Thank you Serendipity and Sadakelum!

What a wonderfull Hotel and Staff! Would recommend it. Nice breakfast. Staff was always available and especially Sadakelum was very attentive.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Staff were very good and friendly especially Sadakely M. It was my wife’s birthday and they were fantastic! Location is a bit out of the town but a Tuc tuc is easy to get. We didn’t eat there apart from the breakfasts which were great as we wanted to try lots of other restaurants.We had room 3 which gets traffic noise as it’s on the road side. All in all a great little place and would definitely recommend ☺️☀️

Great place to stay in Mirissa. Such a lovely host Mr. Ruwan, very welcoming and accommodating and Sadakelum has been taking care of our food and drinks knowing exactly how we would enjoy it.. must visit if you are in Mirissa..
